Ahead of the Pro Kabaddi league auction 2022, we are looking at the players who have been released by their respective teams.
The Pro Kabaddi auction 2022 is set to be held in Mumbai on August 05 and 06. In 2022, over 500 players will go under the hammer in a two-day Pro Kabaddi auction.
Other than those 500+ players. The players who have been released by the teams will also be added to the player’s pool. And will go under the hammer as well.
The respective teams have a chance to retain those released players through the FBM card.
Some surprising names that have been released
There are some of the surprising names that came out ahead of the Pro Kabaddi auction 2022. Some of the star players like M Nabibakhsh and F Atrachali were the names who have been released by their respective teams.
M Nabibakhsh, who used to play for Bengal Warriors. And F Atrachali, who used to play for U Mumba will go into the pro kabaddi auction and there is a chance that teams will go big to buy these two.
Other than those two, there are some other prominent players also who have been released by their respective teams.
A Singh from U Mumba, D Hooda from Jaipur Pink Panthers, P Bhainswal from Gujrat Titans, J Narwal from Dabang Delhi KC, R Kumar from Telugu Titans, etc are few of the players who have been released ahead of the Pro Kabaddi auction 2022.
J Narwal was the captain of the Dabang Delhi KC last season who beat three times champions Patna Pirates in a close encounter in the final (37-36). Dabang Delhi KC won the title for the first time.
Also, R Kumar captained Telugu Titans in season 8 of the PKL. Although, his team finished on the last of the points table in the PKL season 8 with only one win in 22 games.
One of the best raiders like P Sehrawat and P Narwal were also released by their respective teams. There is a possibility that they will get more money when the Pro Kabaddi auction 2022 happens.
