Rajasthan Royals can target Rassie van der Dussen again in the mini-auction of the IPL 2023. RR also signed the South African before. But they released him this time around before the IPL 2023 auction. Now, RR can target him again at a low price or maybe at the same price.
Rassie van der Dussen is a very consistent performer for South Africa and has been phenomenal for his team. He scores big every time he got the start. That is why he is so important for any team.
Rassie van der Dussen is the kind of player who paced his inning very well. Sometimes, he starts slowly in the inning. But he makes up on that start and scores big every time.
The South African didn’t get many chances in the IPL 2022. He played 3 games in that tournament and scored 22 runs with an average of 11 and a strike rate of 91.67. His highest score in the tournament was 12 not out.

(2) T Stubbs
Another South African who has the reputation of a big hitter. Rajasthan Royals needs someone like him who can hit the ball long from ball one. Especially when R Parag failed to play that role.
R Parag was given a chance to play a role of a finisher. But he failed miserably in the IPL 2022. Now, RR can target T Stubbs in the IPL 2023 mini-auction.
The South African can play the role of a finisher and he has the ability to hit the ball out of the park. He only got two games while he was with Mumbai Indians (MI). He scored 2 runs in 2 games. In his T20 career, he scored 838 runs with an average of 27.03. His highest score in T20s is 80 and an outstanding strike rate of almost 156.
T Stubbs could be the one RR can target in the mini-auction of the IPL 2023.
(3) J Holder
The third player in this list is West Indian star J Holder. J Holder can give the right balance to the team. He is a proper all-rounder who can bowl those 4 overs and he has evolved as a very fine batter in the last year or so in all formats.
We always knew that he is a very good test batter. But his ability to hit the ball long makes him a very good batsman in all formats.
If RR got J Holder in the team, it would give the right balance to the team. Also, he can play a role of a finisher and he can bowl with the new ball as well as in death overs.
RR can target him in the IPL 2023 auction. If they got J Holder for the IPL 2023, it will fine-tune their squad even more.
